Lindsay Minnema
I’ve noticed in my past work with people, as well as my own life, there are inevitable points where we all become “stuck” and sometimes need some help navigating a path forward. Whether facing trauma, life transition, mood disorders, relationship issues, or overwhelming circumstances – I’ve come to find it’s better not to face these challenges alone. My hope is to meet you where you are, wherever that may be, and empower you to move towards the growth, healing, and fulfillment you desire.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Irvine. My clinical foundation is based in a person-centered approach utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This means that through a non-judgmental, authentic relationship we will work together to develop new skills and work toward your unique goals. I am open to working with a range of ages and concerns with a particular interest in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, family of origin difficulties, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. I can also work with those who wish to bring their Christian faith into their therapeutic journey and explore how their faith can be in alignment with therapy. Regardless of your reason for seeking therapy, I want to create a safe space for you to process, grow, and heal where you feel respected and valued for who you are.
It is an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you through a season of growth.
